Each Noilu artwork is produced to order, printed and framed individually with precision and care.
This approach allows us to maintain exceptional quality and reduce waste - your piece is made exclusively for you.
Production Time
Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 3-5 business days.
During busy periods or for larger sizes, please allow up to 7-10 business days for production before dispatch.
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
Delivery Timeframes
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, and select international locations.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
UK: 2–5 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected size.
All artworks are shipped in protective, eco-conscious packaging, designed to ensure your piece arrives safely and ready to hang.
Duties and Taxes
For international orders, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your purchase price.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery Issues
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a prompt replacement at no cost to you.
